From the same 2021 vintage as our much-adored and super successful, Premier's Award-winning, Geelong Shiraz. Grown in the cool climate of Southwest Victoria, our Western Districts Shiraz offers a supple and smooth, easy-drinking expression of the classic Australian Shiraz.
A lovely, deep violet hue in the glass catches the eye straight away. Lifted aromas of liquorice, black olive, and a hint of allspice – all a true reflection of the cool-climate region itself, rather than the winemaker’s hand. We don't use any new oak with our Shiraz, emphasising purity and regionality. The palate is full-flavoured, while balanced with a medium body and fine-textured tannins. It finishes long and smooth, with a natural freshness that rounds off the wine beautifully.
