This sparkling wine is made from grapes that are grown in the cool climate sites of Western Victoria.
It's a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Meunier, and 6% Pinot Noir, which are left on yeast lees for three years before disgorgement.
After that, a brut dosage of 4.5 g/L is added to the wine. The wine offers a powerful and complex taste with mouth-filling flavours of fresh citrus, orchard fruits, and toasty brioche notes. The fine bubbles make it a perfect wine for an aperitif or to pair with savoury dishes.
