It’s a textbook example of Geelong Pinot Noir at its best and indeed of the high craft of the Provenance crew. It’s grown on a single vineyard, it shows beetroot, earth and spice notes as much as it does red cherry, smoked meats and peppercorns, and at every turn it feels complete.
