Due to popular demand, we are now open 6.30pm on Friday and Saturday for dinner.  Soak in the historic old-world charm of the Paper Mill, while enjoying a 2-course or 4-course dinner and optional wine matching.  Please note, our restaurant will occasionally be closed for weddings and large events.
