HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELVES AND YOUR WEDDING STYLE?
We are both fairly opposite in personality! However, when it came to our wedding we both had an almost identical vision. We wanted a classy wedding, that was memorable for great food, great wine and a big party. We wanted a winter wedding and chose small details that brought a magical winter feel.
THE VENUE - What made you choose Provenance Wines?
We were looking for a venue that would be warm, inviting and classy. We knew we wanted a formal black-tie wedding and wanted the space to reflect that. Our biggest non-negotiable was having incredible food and wines, which is exactly what Provenance is known for and delivered! The high ceilings, wine barrels, fire place and flexibility for us to style the space was what sold us... oh, and the dance floor! We also wanted a fairy-light sky inside the reception space which was a Provenance first and we worked really hard with the Provenance team to create this. The Provenance team were so flexible with our vision and had amazing recommendations for providers who could cater to exactly what we wanted!
FAVE DETAILS FROM THE DAY
The florals! Luvluc did an incredible job at putting together arrangements that were simple yet stunning. We had two gorgeous stands to frame our ceremony, and arrangements throughout our reception that were beautifully crafted. We loved the minimalist styling that was complimented by how incredible all of our guests looked on the day.
MEMORABLE MOMENT
Our first dance! We had a friend help us choreograph a dance routine for our special day - something nobody would have expected us to do! It was fun and light-hearted and a great way to get the party started once the formalities were over.
A WORD OF ADVICE
Have your day reflect you as a couple. Planning a wedding can be a really stressful process, and it’s easy to get caught up in outside influence. We were really certain on what we wanted for our day, from how we wanted it to look and feel, all the way down to how we wanted our vows to sound. One of the biggest compliments we received after our wedding day was just how truly it reflected us as a couple.

Chose the food and wine menu that we did. Both the wine and the food were outstanding and were the constant point of mention following the wedding. The cocktail cart later in the night was a perfect refresher and held everyone in good stead to dance until the very end.
THE SONG THAT GOT EVERYBODY ON THE DANCE FLOOR WAS...
Higher love - Kygo. This was our first dance song and the dance floor kicked off soon afterwards. We were so lucky to have Andrew Loadsman and Max on Sax keep the vibes high and the dance floor full for the entire night. Our vision was to have a massive party for our family and friends, and Andrew and Max brought that to life for us!

HOW HAVE YOU FOUND YOUR EXPERINCE PLANNING A WEDDING AT PROVENANCE WINES?
The wedding planning was a very straight forward process. We visited, drank wine, chatted through minor and major details, ate incredible food, and had our wedding planned in two visits! One of the things that made the process so easy is that the food menu and the wine menu are produced in house. The team at Provenance were always an email away and helped us through all of our decisions. Candice and Sarah were of huge assistance, and Liam made sure the night ran perfectly.
