Ever wanted to be a Winemaker?  It does sound like a dream job right?  Well, Provenance is offering you a unique opportunity to pull back the magic curtain of winemaking and learn how we make some of the best wines the Nation has to offer.  The day will be a fun learning experience, one to enjoy with friends or come along and make new ones.  If you want to know more about what we do in the winery and want a great day out, this is for you.  There are limited spots available and priority access is given to our legendary loyal wine club members.

Things you need to know:

Arrive at Provenance Wines at 100 Lower Paper Mills Road, Fyansford at 9.30am.

Bring a towel and some shorts if you want to jump into a fermenter.

The day includes numerous tasting experiences, please consider your modes of transport responsibly.


9.30 – Stompers arrive for Coffee and Croissants.

10.00 – Bus leaves for Vineyard tour and activites.

11.30 - Bus departs vineyard returning to Provenance Wines to a waiting grazing table and a glass of sparkling wine.

11.50 – 1.30 - Winemakers will provide a general overview of the winemaking process and how different wines are produced. Wine examples will be tasted throughout this fun and educational open discussion.  At the end of this session participants will get the opportunity to jump into a fermenter “to get your stomp on”, grapes popping between your toes, music playing, glass in hand - it’s great fun!.

1.30 – A Country Italian feast, matched with some of our very best wines.

2.30 – A structured wine tasting showing Vintage, Variety and Regional impacts

3.30 – End of day, feel free to stay on at our much-awarded cellar door.
