Our Traditional Method Blanc de Blanc is a single vineyard wine from the super cool-climate Drumborg locale within the Henty wine region. The 2016 is beautifully precise with zesty lemon fruit, some complex herbal notes and crisp apple complexity. It's concentrated and intense with lovely pure fruit expression. The finish is refreshingly dry and savoury due to it’s lower dosage and natural acidity. Made using the same techniques as Champagne, this is a fine wine suitable for the very best of occasions.
